How is parcel size determined?
Parcel size is determined automatically based on the items in your order. Small, flat items like pin badges and trading cards ship as a Large Letter. Larger items ship as a Small or Medium Parcel depending on their dimensions.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes — all our shipping options include tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available in the future.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. All tracked shipments are covered.
